DMCI established business in 1994. Dedicating its efforts to
supplying custom molded products and quality customer
service to its customers. Owner and president Mark
MacDonald has been working in manufacturing since the early
80's. Starting in the assembly lines in such industries as
petroleum exploration, aerospace, and electronics he worked
his way into production management. His jump into plastics
was in the late 1980's when he was exploring sheet
fabrication designing, producing, and managing fabrication of
custom tanks, wells, chemistry work stations, and wet
benches for the semiconductor industry. By this time he had
extensive background in manufacturing and line management.
He was approached by a polyurethane manufacturing
company. They were struggling with all aspects of
manufacturing including output rates, reject rates, line
management, and company morale. Although not familiar with
polyurethane he was up for the challenge; He took the
position and has been in the industry ever since.
